Returns & Exchanges

At GreenPeople, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to love your eco-friendly purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print our carbon-neutral prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
